I’m looking for a handyman to repair a timber side gate. The metal hinge bracket has come loose from the brick wall, with the screws and wall plugs pulling out of the brickwork (see attached photos). The wood piece in which the lock bracket is attached has also come off, needs to be nailed in.

Fixing the loose toilet seat

The pocket sliding door has sinked to the floor. Sliding is hard and the lock won’t align. The screw needs to be tightened so the door can be lifted but it is not accessible as the door wooden frame is fixed.
