Looking for a reliable handyman to repair an outdoor ceiling/soffit panel that has come loose on my balcony. The panel has partially detached, exposing the framing underneath, and needs to be resecured/replaced. Also need the loose metal strip removed or fixed and the area made safe and tidy again.
