Re-render letterbox. The old render and paint started chipping away at the corners and cracking. The top is to be flat/even. I tried (very poorly) to patch corners where render was coming off.

The door frame measuring 1.99m tall with the door measuring 1.87m tall. It measures 80cm wide with the door measures 67cm wide. There are 2 hinges on the right hand side of the door and a door knob on the left. The frame has wood rot/termite damage so need replacement. I have an ikea VIGDAL ceiling curtain rail to afford to the ceiling which is wooden. We do not have the required screws. Ceiling is 3.3m high so need a ladder and a hacksaw to shorten the rail to the correct width (96cm)
