Were changing our master bedroom. There's a walk in robe which needs fixed up. Firstly there's a walkway with a arch walkway (no door) we want this changed to a rectangular shape. Will involve framing and boarding. There was existing doorway inside the robe (double doors) this and the frame needs removed. New robe is open plan. It needs to be taken back to ceiling height to allow for wardrobes to go in The robe also has bumpy walls (from tiles pulled off wall and bodged fill jobs) need this fixed and prepared ready for painting. PlasterBoard to be placed inside existing robe in another bedroom. Also prep ready for painting Pictures to follow

I need the kitchen sink, splash back and around and stove top silicone replaced with silicone/caulk. All around the edging of the walls too. Previous silicone will need to be removed. The job will need to be neat and presentable. Not thick. Silicone will be supplied. Proof of previous applications required. Thanks!
