Gyprock and paint a small area in the wall

I need a plasterer or gyprocker to quote on walls in my apartment. Parts of the walls in our investment property had to be cut into due to water damage from a burst pipe to be dried and out and needs fixing. Please see attached photos. Each photo is an indivisible section that needs fixing. This is only lounge and kitchen area. Bedrooms don’t need doing or bathrooms. The gyprock and flushing in our formal lounge room requires re doing. We are also looking to add in a wall upstairs (internal), with a window and a door ( internal) approx.5 metres long.
