The fascia and gutters of the house need to be painted white to match the trim of the windows. There is also one tricky side of the house above the garage that we couldn't reach on our own. It will require the roof sheets to be unscrewed and removed and then put back after the job. It is quite high, just a tricky spot. Will require a tall ladder. Guttering brackets have come loose in one short section section (~ 4 metres) on 2nd story, likely fixed with 30mm instead of 50mm screws, need to be fixed back, we don't have a ladder so can't do.
