Hi, I need to replace the roofing sheets with something that lets light in. Roofing sheets butting up to the roof needs to be water tight. Gutters along the pargola and down pipe needs to be replaced. Some of the roofing timbers need to be replaced. The pargola is 10m x 4m approx. I will put in a few pictures but a inperson is probably needed to gaguge properly.

Require someone to patch up a leaky gutter. Wall is wet, everytime it rains. I suspect its the flashing, however needs to be checked and quoted.

I recently purchased a townhouse which is three years old. This task is about doing three things: 1 - The solar panel company staff were on the roof two weeks ago to check a leak and they raised a few issues with the roof cracked tiles, roof vent not sealed correctly, moved roof tiles, birds nesting below the solar panels ... Therefore I need someone to do a detailed assessment of the roof and the required maintenance to fix all of the above. 2 - Seal around the roof vent and replace the cracked tiles. 3 - I also can see some gutters requiring cleaning and others dripping badly especially adjacent to the bedrooms making annoying dripping noise. If the issue is simple silicone/clipping/screwing ... then I’d expect you to fix it. Otherwise a report of what requires fixing if any major issue exists/persist.
