Looking for an experienced and reliable roofer to clean and inspect a terracotta tile roof with easy access. The job includes pressure washing the roof , cleaning out gutters and downpipes, inspecting for any broken or cracked tiles, replacing damaged tiles, and repairing any leaks if found. The roof has straightforward access, and no steep pitch. You’ll need to bring your own equipment and have experience working with terracotta roofs. Must be safety-conscious and insured and able to clean up after the work is completed. Flexible with timing and open to reasonable quotes.

Hi, Need to get the gutter leak fixed. It’s a new gutter so no rust etc 1. leaking form the corner(joint) mainly & some points along the gutter length (see pic) 2. When it rains it overflows from the middle , and water bounces off the tile and in between the pergola and droplets land inside pergola 2nd location in front (brown gutter) it overflows from the middle. Pls note: I’ve been burnt once - so I must put it there that the payment will be after the first 1-2 weeks ( to check that it doesn’t leak any more). If it rains the next day n no leak. It’ll be paid immediately. Thanks

Require to replace approx 3M of gutter and Downpipe as the current one is slightly leaking. Needs to match current picture, same colour and fitting. See photo
