Find a professional gate installation in Worongary

We have a problem with small rocks and dirt getting in the track of our electric gate. I’m thinking we’ll either need to use concrete or mortar or something to ensure the dirt and rocks stop getting in the track, but open to suggestions. You’ll see from the photos - the ground seems to be higher on the road side of the gate. Whether it needs a couple of timber boards or something as a mini retainer, to stop these small rocks getting in the tracks? Open to all suggestions. Thank you

Gate hinge has broken in the wind and needs to be rewelded/repaired. There is a 240V power source close to the gate for welding equipment. Happy to purchase a new hinge if the existing one can’t be reused. Looking for someone experienced with welding/gate repairs who can get it operating properly again.

Three small (20c piece sized) spots have appeared in the hallway of my house. I assume its a cracked roof tile or condensation from a ducted air conditioner. Would like to get someone to have a look and let me know how it can be fixed. Tried to take photo but not good enough detail to share. I am not sure of cost so have just put a nominal amount in.

Looking at having a 1.2 m high black chain mesh fence with steel posts and two gates (one regular size, one larger to fit a ride on mower through). The length including the two gates is estimated at 70 metres. The steel posts (most of which will be cemented in the ground, with a few on top of concrete or pavers), with one of the termination posts being attached to the house. There may also be additional perimeter fencing work now or in the future, depending on costs as well we’re just wanting to secure our dogs in the new home that we’re purchasing and our move-in date is one December but we have a few weeks beforehand to do works from 17 November. Even if you can’t meet this timeframe if it’s soon after that would still be great and we can organise temporary fences in the interim. Budget wise, I’ve just included a nominal amount. Only interested in trades that have installed this type of fence before. Supply and install is preferred but we can supply if you give us an order list of everything needed.
