Find a professional gate installation in Mermaid Waters

Gate is stuck open. Can start wizard but now won't move to find stops. Seems to shut down and restart each time.

Looking for an experienced handyman to: • Install 4 x outdoor canvas blinds, ranging from 1.8m–3.3m wide. These will be fixed to cladding, not brick. • Install 1 x pedestrian gate. One-person job, I’m happy to assist with lifting/holding the larger blinds as required. All blinds and gate supplied. Please bring appropriate tools/fixings for installation. This old sliding gate (bi-parting) is currently locked with an external padlock I would like a solution that makes it possible to be opened from inside as well. If we could use a code to open from outside, it would be ideal.
