Find a professional gate installation in Rozelle

I would like an existing picket side gate moved to a new location in the side passage of the property, two kayak hanging supports bolted to an external brick wall (hangers will arrive on Tuesday 16 September) and two small picket gates uninstalled and removed.

Attach a new handle / lock to outside gate. Attach numbers to outside gate. Attach a curtain rail. Photos attached

I need some help removing 2 swing gates at our new place as we have removalists coming tomorrow. It will require tools: rachet gun, spanners, WD40, Allen keys. Some of the bolts are a bit rusty but should come free. Estimate 30 mins for completion

There are a number of areas of water leaks in the house. Most emanting from the roof and/or balcony. I need someone to inspect the roof and areas of leakage, find the cause and provide an estimate for repairs.

Require old electric gate lock removed and new one purchased installed.

Bought a new house and don’t have the combination to the lock on the gate - ID provided of course to prove it’s my house :) Standard combination lock but relatively heavy duty (not a little suitcase lock)

Install door lock to outside gate (photos of both attached). I have already purchased the lock.

I need someone to come and repair our fence which is falling apart. We also need a lacquer or varnish the entire fence.

Aluminium sliding gate with fence

Front blade aluminium fence about 7000 mm long and 600 mm high with an automatic sliding gate about 3000 mm wide.

Large Gate needs re hinging and tidying up/fixing of another smaller gate including sanding and painting. Small bits of wood needed to tidy up base of smaller gate etc…

Install a tall and wide metal baby gate in Rozelle. I bought in kmart. I'm looking for someone experienced in installing similar gates. - Due date: Before Thursday, 7 December 2023

The staff fleet car exit boom gate is damaged. The boom gate looks like it has been hit. Operational but makes noise. Need someone to urgently come have a look at it. Don't have photos as of now - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 19 September 2023

Replace existing timber gate in side fence Height 174x90 - Due date: Flexible

My two corrugated plastic balcony pergolas have seen better days! Looking for someone to remove the old plastic sheets, source new ones and install them. One area is around 5x1, and the other is around 6x2. - Due date: Flexible

I need an experienced welder to mend my gate. I’m not confident or competent enough to do this as gate is quite heavy. A delivery person bent our hinges pushing it the wrong way. I have angle grinded the old ones off so the swing gate is now off. Need someone to weld new home he’s onto frame of gate and then onto the post which it swings from. I have a welder and rods.

Enclose rear courtyard with wooden fence and gate as per photo attached. Rough estimate is 3m x 1m, but best for you to come out, measure.

We need a tall door at top of stairs to separate two pets. Basically a solid gate (don't want slats or screens) that we can open to go up and down, but we want it solid. Not a proper door - thinner than normal door and only goes up to around 135cm (53in) -- a bit more or less ok. But it needs to be 76cm (30in) wide so it can be screwed into the wall on both sides. Someone needs to come see it first or we can take photos and send to them. We need the person to buy it or make it for us and then install it please. has to be completed before 11 March.
