1. The side gate and adjacent small fence needs installation ASAP. This is just the space next to the clothesline in the photo. There is a pet safety situation! Ideally timber I think. Happy for it to be upcycled. The 2 garden walls can be done a bit later. These will be brick. One in the courtyard to make a veggie patch where atm there are just pots. The other next to the swimming pool where there are also a few pots so we can grown jasmine up that wall next to the pool (so some trllis wires to be installed too please). - Due date: Before Friday, 22 September 2023

Have materials ready you’ll just need to bring 2 bags of concrete. Fence is rough 1000mm wide. Gate 800mm wide. Pailings purchased are 1800mm. Have some 70 by 45 beams and a 2400 post ready. Hole has been dug already for the post. Latches and locks purchased already. If you have experience and 2 bags of concrete it’ll take you 2hrs. Bring some galvanised screws thanks. Back gate lock is having some problems. When the lock is pushed in, the latch at the back should lift to release the gate. However the latch is only releasing half the way so we can't open the gate from the outside. - Due date: Before Friday, 31 March 2023

Gate is bent and cannot close one of the bottom panels put back on plus needs hinges put on the bottom panels to stay up when open.

I have 2 x standard baby gate and we have used for last 2 years (ie I have installed myself) however at our new place the walls and staircase/banisters are not even. Hopefully easier to explain via the photos Photo 1 & 2 - is where it currently is in our new place, and I was able to install because the walls/surfaces are even. [However my wife wants it moved right by the staircase - see photos 3 & 4] Photo 3 - shows the overall position we'd like it ie at very top of staircase Photo 4 - shows the uneven banister it would need to affix to We'd also like the 2nd baby gate installed at bottom of the stairs - this should be straight forward though as surfaces are even. The latch on our outside gate has broken as per the photos. We need a new latch to replace the previous one.

When I turn on my air-conditioner (Fujitsu brand) there is a yellow signal requiring a technican to look at it and find a root cause and repair asap.

Need a qualified electrician who can replace the old electric gate motor with a new one already purchased.
