Find a professional gate installation in Five Dock

I require 2 aluminum gates to be supplied and installed for my home in five dock. It is approx 1.5 w x 1.8 h

We’re looking for a handyman to install an outdoor side access gate on one side of our house, to match the existing gate setup on the other side (see photos). We already have the gate and metal post supplied. The job will involve: Installing and securing the post to the concrete Hanging and aligning the gate Fitting hinges and latch to ensure smooth operation Matching the positioning and finish of the existing gate as closely as possible Access is a narrow side walkway between the house and fence. Looking for someone experienced with gate installation who can ensure it is level, secure and functional. Please bring any required tools and fixings.

Knock down a brick fencepost, cement over the ground beneath and take the bricks away.

Hi - putting feelers out to see if this is something someone can build, rather than me going to a business and getting a quote. Let me know if this is up your alley. I live in Five Dock, Sydney, and would like to receive a quote for a gate/fence. I'm a renter with a dog and need something that could stand between our fence and driveway gap that stands at a wide 4.9 meters. As we are renters, we wouldn't be able to drill into concrete and would need something where there isn't significant structural change. There are gaps on either side of the concrete driveway, which makes it look tricky, and it’s also why it’s so awkwardly wide. Images attached.

Part 1# Repair brickwork on front gate brick pillar (LHS facing house), secure brick work at gate hinge and re attach front gate - to lhs pillar ensuring the gate opens and closes straight. There are 2 x gates - one for the drive way - see first 4 photos and the last photo is of the middle gate (pathway ) Part #2 - 2 x coats of white paint on repaired gate plus 2 coats of white paint on middle gate - see photos. You must provide all materials, mortar needs to be colour matched (as best as possibe). White paint - white or off white

My gate won’t close - seems the bottom is closer to the wall than the top - hinges and lock are in good condition - just won’t close because it hits at the top on the side with the lock which stops it from closing.

The concrete on gate 1 has lifted due to tree roots. It needs to be reduced in height so that the gate rails are flat with the roots dug/cut away. The tree has been removed but the stump remains. The concrete for gate 2 has cracked due to the motor being knocked out so the motor needs to be refastened to a new small pad of concrete only about 25x20cm. The motor operation isn’t a requirement. We simply need it back in alignment. Due date: Flexible

The concrete on one side of our driveway gate has broken and caused one side of the gate to drop. We need the broken concrete removed and repaired and we need each side of the gate to be the same level. - Due date: Flexible

The concrete holding our gate up has broken and the gate now doesn’t swing properly. Would need someone to reinsert the gate post so it functions as intended. Would also need some mesh installed to pet proof the gaps. - Due date: Flexible

Hi. We need a side gate colourbond supplied and installed. I have attached a photo of the side access area and the measurements are: Wide: 1400 Height: 1800 Need a lock on gate like photo. Or another type of lock. Colour: monument Any questions please ask. Flexible with dates. But need this done asap. Please tell me final price including costs of materials and Labour. Thanks

I need my side gate fixed! 3 wooden panels need replacing, they need to be cut to size as they are slimmer then the average pine panels. If you could match the varnish for me and when you go to Bunnings then I can reimburse you for that and I will paint them myself - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 4 April 2023

I have a side gate made of steel plate 1800mm H X 930mm W that was detached from its wooden frame. Two hinges are attached to the door by screws (see photo) on one side and to a wooden frame on the other. The screws to the wooden frame were detached. This need to be fixed. Possibly, by changing the screw location and screw again to the wooden frame or by any other means. - Due date: Flexible
