Need the following task done within the reasonable budget agreed: 1. replace the existing gate with new colorbond gate that matches our fence (woodland grey) 2. colorbond double gate to be supplied and installed by installer 3. woodland grey side gate fence (as per the pic on the right attached to the house) to be supplied and installed 4. the old gate to be disposed off by installer 5. gate and side fence to match the height of the existing fence (2.0m high) 6. locks to be supplied by installer Dimensions as per existing gate but would like the gate to be taller than existing. The new gate should be at least 1.6m tall

Gate doesnt lock and align in to post as bricks have shifted over the years. So top of vertical post blocks gate however bottom part of post still has room. Need either the post replaced with a thinner post. Or possibly need bricks at top part of pillar slightly shaved in to make room for post. Or open to other solutions. I also have a 2nd gate ill need a quote on from Whoever accepts the job.

This gate has been broken as long as I can remember as it was not an easy fix (see photo’s - and old house it appears the hinges were welded). Just want it in working order to open and close as a gate. Both sides damaged (one side it tied on). Please see pics, currently only one corner is on the hinges (bottom left).

I am looking for a handyman urgently who is available to come ASAP and fix the issue as shown in the image. The handyman who did the job for me is now in overseas so I am posting here. Baby safety gate are installed 3 places in my home. I leave in townhouse and the one here is in the upstair. The wall plaster broke and created hole with the pressure of the gate. My previous handyman added an extra timer on the other side as this happend other side also few months back. So, I need a handyman who can first patch the hole, add a timber layer and reinstall the gate. There are other 2 gates and they are also required to check if they can create similar issue. You need have a timber scanner to scan the wall to find the installation point. If someone can come tomorrow morning that will be really helpful.

Aggregate concrete around new building.

The frame for our side gate has come away from the fence. Doesn’t seem to have been installed properly so screw now doesn’t hold it to fence. Needs to be reattached. Potentially new hole drilled in metal frame.

Washing machine appears to not be draining, whilst filter has been cleared and cleaned. In addition, it tends to become warm/hot if you allow it to drum spin.

They hinge of our driveway gate have come off the timer. We will need 2 new hinges and the gate installled to fix this

We require our colourbond gate to be installed, there is an existing post and lock mechanism on the fence for it to attach to however it was from our old house and is too narrow for the alley we have so we also need to have x2 extra poles and extra panels installed to mount it (I hope this makes sense) we currently have the gate laying on its side to stop the dogs getting out.
