Install pedestrian access gate similar to large gate but much smaller and Install timber supports in concrete to stabilise fence. Also fix other unstable fences around the property that have become loose at the concrete footing and rotting timber although the fence is in good condition the upright supports have became weak. And potentially replace one entire side fence with colour bond fence.

side gate post (with hinges attached) is coming loose from the wall and the gate is starting to sag (photos attached). I need someone to re-secure the post properly.
