I have an electric 4 burner stove top and needs to be replaced with 4 burner gas top. Gas line is available underneath. Plumber will need to get gas fitting pipe approx 1.5 mtrs to connect the burner to gas outlet. The cut out is fit to size and the gas burner should slot it (already checked)

- lights up with a match but doesn’t stay ignited - inner circle of the flame doesn’t light up - "breathing" or hissing sound - uneven gas distribution I have cleaned the burner hole multiple times with toothpick
Avan fixed the problem efficiently and also took the time to explain what caused the clog and gave me practical tips to prevent it from happening again. I'd hire Avan again for any future maintenance needs!
