Just want to tidy up the garden before handing over the keys. The main jobs are to mow the lawn and do some weeding and pruning. It's important you can take away all the green waste with you. I'd estimate it's roughly 3-4 hours work. Mostly pruning overgrown bushes, weeding and a small lawn that needs to be mowed.
