Need general garden maintenance of the front garden and some plants around the back. Front yard plants mainly need watering, pruning and some small branches cut back so it doesn’t touch the house or obstruct any walkways. May need to mow the front lawn if the grass is too long. Sweeping of any debris in the garden and driveway is also required. Backyard plants require watering and pruning. Pruning especially needs to be done on the wallcreeper plant (on the right of the purple wallcreeper - see pic) so that it doesn’t go over the fence. Sweeping the back is also required. You will need to ring the doorbell and ask the tenants to make sure their dog is restrained or in the house before you enter the back via the side door. You can use the green bin to dispose of debris/grass at the back if you need to. This is maintenance of an investment property and I won’t physically be there to meet and inspect. You will need to send photos of the work you’ve done for a review and payment release. Please see pics for info. Let me know if you have questions. 1. Trim the tall hedge at the front 2. Trim the tall hedge in the backyard 3. Edge the nature strip along the concrete path at the front 3. Edge the lawn along the concrete path in the backyard We have a tall hedge, around 3.5 metres high. It has become uneven, with thin branches/shoots sticking out beyond the main hedge line. I need it trimmed back and squared off so the sides are flat and neat again. The grass is growing over the edges of the concrete/footpath and needs to be neatly edged back and tidied up. Please see attached photos. No need to mow - we'll do it ourselves. Please include clean-up afterwards: remove leaves and branches, sweep/blow away grass clippings from the concrete areas, paths and surrounding edges, and leave the area tidy.
