Need general garden maintenance of the front garden and some plants around the back. Front yard plants mainly need watering, pruning and some small branches cut back so it doesn’t touch the house or obstruct any walkways. May need to mow the front lawn if the grass is too long. Sweeping of any debris in the garden and driveway is also required. Backyard plants require watering and pruning. Pruning especially needs to be done on the wallcreeper plant (on the right of the purple wallcreeper - see pic) so that it doesn’t go over the fence. Sweeping the back is also required. You will need to ring the doorbell and ask the tenants to make sure their dog is restrained or in the house before you enter the back via the side door. You can use the green bin to dispose of debris/grass at the back if you need to. This is maintenance of an investment property and I won’t physically be there to meet and inspect. Overgrown climbing plant needs trimming into shape. The height is approx 3 metres, and the length of the hedge is about 8 metres.

Trimming 21m long x 3m tall hedges, cut one metre lower. We hope following to trim ourselves in the future. Some branches we could not cut with an ozito corded pole hedge trimmer, and side of house will require entry onto neighbours property which we'll arrange. Figure is placeholder for quote offers.
