Items to be picked up from single storey house in Ferndale and relocated to an apartment unit in Cannington. Please note that there are a set of stairs at only the delivery location (Cannington) with limited space up the stairwell to fully maneuver (picture will illustrate). There is a height restriction of 2.1 meters at the apartment complex ground car park so trucks will be unable to park at the doorstep. Trucks will require to be parked outside the apartment complex and the furniture carried into the property, which is approximate a 40 meter walk from the open-air parking to the apartment door. 2 movers will be required, estimated about 3.5 hours work depending on the size of the truck. Ideally to moved before Sunday 22nd January, but otherwise sometime during the week or following weekend 28th January is suitable too). Items to be moved include: 2 x Queen Mattress Beds (pillow top) 1 x Queen Ensemble 1 x Trundle Bed (2 separate Single Beds that nest into one another) 1 x 2 Seater Leather Couch 1 x 3 Seater Leather Couch 1 x 350L Refrigerator 1 x Front Loader washing machine (will be moved to ground level, so no stairs involved) Pictures of all items to be moved included in the ad (except washing machine as I forgot to take a photo) including the stairwell and the height restriction parking will be included on the ad (or sent to you) so you can make an accurate assessment of time and complexity of task.
