my freezer is totally freezing over as the door is not closing entirely. i have defrosted it all, removed all the trays to check if the rails are obstructed, but can see no reason why the freezer isn’t closing. there is a lot of ice forming in there which is making it even harder to close. it’s a hisense french door fridge. please diagnose and replace the part required
