There are burn mark on my carpet. Need someone to fix it

I am having my carpet replaced and | am seeking someone to come the day before the new carpet is installed and screw down the floor boards in about 5 squeaky areas (the carpet installer can’t do this).

I’m looking for an experienced tradie or handyman to sand and re‑treat my outdoor timber deck. Scope of work: - Clean and prep the deck (including removing any dirt/debris between boards). - Sand the deck back to a smooth finish (including edges and hard-to-reach areas). - Apply 3 coats of suitable exterior deck oil/stain for weather protection. Details: - Location: Hughes, ACT. - Approx. size: 15sqm - Timber type: Merbau - Current condition: weathered with old stain You will need: - Your own sanding and application equipment. - Experience with deck sanding and oiling, including previous similar jobs. Please help me repair damage to skirting boards before I move out! Also requires a small area of patching to paint/plaster on wall. Please see photos.

Need to replace a section of laminate flooring 4.2M by 1.2M. It would require attending, pulling up one board so that I can get the thickness and then returning after the replacement floorboards have been ordered to install them. I will purchase the floorboards directly, only requires install.

I have two small decks and want the lower areas where the posts are to be covered with blue board so you can look underneath and also the posts sitting in the metal feet into the ground need to be screwed into the posts about 12. i have the screws
