Just got my skirting boards changed in the living room, and I needed the gaps (both above and below) filled with sealant. - Due date: Flexible

In my hallway the floorboard have started to sink in a small area of my flat and I need to get this repaired. I think the underlay in this section crushed down a little bit, and this is the cause. I expect the work required will be bringing up the floorboards in this section, repairing the crushed underlay by adding some fresh stuff, then replacing the boards again. The areas is about 2m x 1m at most, and I have some spare boards if they are required (Unlikely). The boards are hybrid boards, click in place. I'll add some photos shortly. - Due date: Flexible
