I have 17m2 of timber laminate flooring to install. I have prepped the area and have the underlay. You will cut and install the planks to a high quality. Previous samples of work via photo and reference required. The room is 3.7 x 4.5. The flooring is Tarkett oak panels.

Need to install longboard vinyl planks onto the floor where there is gaps from the new renovations and replace a couple damaged ones. We have spare box and would be around 5-7 planks need to be laid.

This is just for 1 average sized bedroom. Summary of the jobs that need to be done: 1. Disassembly (partial) of bed and moved to another room - I will help with this 2. Removal and disposal of carpet and crap underneath, I can also help with this 3. Sanding and refinishing the floorboards and finding the correct stain and varnish to match the floorboards around the rest of the house. I will of course pay for the varnish and any materials needed for this. I also have random orbital sander if this helps. The part that I really need help with is refinishing the floorboards after the carpet is removed, and making sure the new varnish perfectly matches the other floorboards in the house.

Full sand and stain required for our original hard wooden floorboards. We have renovated our house and kitchen floor had vinyl so there’s glue and marks to be removed.
