I have an apartment in Newstead where I need the skirting boards carefully removed, as they’ll need to be reinstalled at a later stage. The skirting to be removed is in the entry, living area, and kitchen.

We have a new unit in Newstead, and are in need of flooring ordered and installed in two bedrooms. We have the exact finishes from the builder (attached) as well as the floorplan and images attached. This will be the same flooring as what is currently installed in the rest of the home, we are uncertain if we want to entirely redo the hallway to line up all the wood or just redo the bedrooms and leave the separator, it would depend on the quote to do either.

A peice of wooden flooring is damaged. I want to have it repaired.

Hello. I bought my first unit in Newstead, Brisbane. There are a few things that I would appreciate your help fix the following (see photos for more details), i.e. replacement of blickering lights, illfitting skirting board, rubber around windows and a cupboard hinge above the rangehood. I need two bedroom doors in my apartment trimmed as the carpet is being installed today and they have told me it is too thick for the doors to close. They are already off the hinges. Only a small trim is required. Keen to get them done later today but can do Thursday/Friday if needed.
