2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Only minimally furnished. Single occupancy, much of the apartment sees little use. Kitchen rarely used, so usually does not require hard cleaning. Carpets vacuumed, floor mopped/steam-mopped, ALL surfaces wiped free of dust and stain, bathroom/toilets cleaned. Attention to detail is a must. OCD-approach to cleanliness is very desirable. Prefer to deal with individual cleaners who can take ownership of the apartment cleaning for the long term (as opposed to large agencies who send out different people).
