Looking to tile flooring of rumps area. 25 sqm area concreted floor. Had installed cork floor on concreate and laminated timber on top. Both layers have been removed in a renovation and need to install tiles with skirting. Tiles can be organized to pickup from a warehouse (Dandenong/Mount Waverley). I would also consider offers including tiles, if there is a decent selection available.

There are 4 small holes above the door frames of two of our doors from pull up bars.

We need various jobs done around the house which include: -Install skirting boards in rumpus room -Install a 720mm internal door -Minor frame work done in kitchen (the alcove nook area that fridge and pantry need to go has a depth of 600mm and need to increase to about 750mm) - architrave to be installed on another internal door - front porch hand railing needs 2 x 1m railing install (currently missing) We also have various plaster jobs to do but might get a separate plasterer for that unless you are someone that can do it all. I understand it’s probably hard to quote total price without seeing all these jobs in person hence with the low price entered for budget. I’m guessing an hourly rate is ideal or you can come and inspect and quote total price. House is in Mooroolbark Cheers
