Also install the timber fascia along the skirting boards if need be. I have the flooring, just need the labourer to do it.

Good evening, I am looking to find a professional floor polisher to finish preparing my new Tasmanian Oak Timber floor in a cabin convert we are currently completing within my backyard. Timber is newly purchased and in the process of being installed by my carpenter, so the job is just for the polishing component. Room area is 5mt Squared. Concrete floor refinishing required. Floor is already polished prior but need refinishing and re-epoxy. All the hard work is already done and the aggregate is already exposed. Just needs a shallow skim and freshen up. Two living spaces, small kitchen and dining area, hallway, a small bathroom and a small flight of 7 stairs. Note: photos attached are from the original job being done several years ago. Needs redoing now. While we could just re-epoxy, we’d still like a little more refinishing, hence the light polish, grinding required first. - Due date: Flexible
