We need our existing backyard decking, steps and roof that you can see in pictures to be removed while a pool is installed. This can be done within the next couple of weeks. After the pool is installed (week of 24th Feb), we need a new smaller deck built using the existing materials and steps (and any required additional). Enough of the existing deck (and stairs) need to be kept in good condition so they can be re-used on the new deck. Current deck dimensions are 4900mm x 1850mm New deck dimensions will be 4900mm x approx 800mm The rebuilt deck also does not need a roof, it will only be the deck itself. * We will move everything off the deck prior to it being removed * New deck (and steps) will have a glass pool fence bolted onto the end closest to the pool, needs to be strong enough to hold this.

Can source and supply own materials or open to quotes for supply also. Will paint ourselves. Skirting boards are for dining room, lounge room, entrance way, bedroom, WIR and laundry approx 40m. Architraves for 2 door frames, 1 large window, 2 medium windows
