110m2 (living, dining, hallways and 4 bedrooms) and 13 steps house with hardwood floor needs sanding and polishing. Upper floor, built in underneath so no draft through boards currently. Carpets have just come up so nail holes and maybe some floorboard gaps need filling. Carpet and gripper will all be removed prior to the job. Type and condition of wood pictured.
