Find an experienced flooring expert in Crows Nest NSW

I have 2 sections of carpet requiring repair. Please note I have plenty of spare carpet which can be leveraged for this. One area is a step, while the other is flat.

I accidentally left rug adhesive in contact with the carpet and glue has stuck to it. The total area is fairly small, about the size of a foot, in two nearby spots (photos attached). I do not need full carpet shampooing, but I can consider it if that required to make the carpet look consistent after cleaning the spots. I managed to remove the excess, but stepping on those areas still feels a bit sticky. The building has parking and lift.

Looking for someone with experience in carpet removal to rip up and roll up carpet + underlay in our living room and bedroom. We want to keep the carpet as it is brand new, does not need to be transported or disposed of, just rolled up and put in the corner of the room. See two rooms highlighted in red in floor plan. Repair wooden floor board

Looking for a licensed carpenter to remove and install approximately 80m worth of pre-bought skirting. Attached the floor plan for reference.

Area is approx 7.9 x 1.35 m. Tiles are 50 x 50. Have tiles, glue & roller. Some cutting required to fit in front of existing counter.
