Our home is very old with wooden floorboards in bathroom. There are 3 small area of rotten boards to be replaced. Boards dont need to match as bathroom will be renovated in future. Biggest hole is close to toilet.

I need to get flooring done for 65 sq meter 2 bedroom apartment. Have removed carpets and currently exposed concert.

Removal of a dark water stain from hardwood floors. Stained area is approximately 30 x 30cm. From what we understand, the works required would be sanding of boards are required until the surface areas are rid of stains, then a wax oil / timber sealant to try to blend back timber colors. If you could please advise a rough estimate of material costs and how long the job would take, that would be appreciated. Thanks!
