Nail in the beading between skirting boards and floor in 2 small bedrooms. The beading is in place, just needs to be fixed with nails. Total length of beading: ca. 26 metres. Looking for someone who has done this type of work before, ideally with a nailgun.

The boards I think are artifical not sure make on a concrete floor. The boards x2 '3 were damaged by paint being spilt which couldnt b leaned. The guy sanded them back with course sandpaper hencing now big marks which is impossible to fix. Will need the boards replaced. Multicoloured flooring.

Water leaked from a pipe and went underneath the flooring approx 1msq area. It may just need removing and drying then put back?

Hi, Yesterday morning my apartment was flooded from the shower and some areas of the wooden floor and carpet got wet. Carpets are drying slowly however the floorboards are raised in a couple of sections as can be seen in the photos. You can see when they’re stood on they go flat. Would love some advice on what to do and how to fix it. Obviously wood expands when wet so I’m wondering if this is something that will fix with time as the floor dries or if something has to be done to fix it. Thanks - Due date: Flexible

We have 3 rooms plus a walk-in robe with old Baltic pine floorboards. We want to reuse them and need someone to carefully lift the boards without breaking the boards/ tongue, de-nail and then place at back of house.
