Under the carpet is currently pressure sensitive glue (the kind that never dry), need someone able to deal with that, either remove or overlay it. Need someone able to work apartment by apartment as soon as the tenants vacate, which will happen fairly quickly.

I have a 3x3.5m room and Embelton engineered flooring with correct glue to lay straight onto concrete. Concrete is clean, and carpet will be removed. Most other rooms have had the same direct stick flooring, so proven to work well in this house. Pls advise cost. And let me know if photos not clear enough!

I have purchased decorative moulding so be installed in the following rooms: - 2 x bedrooms - 1 x hallway - entryway - lounge room - small part of kitchen Second floor apartment. Walls are rendered brick. Old skirting has been removed. I have 24 lengths of 5.4m of skirting on-site in my garage. I have power available with a long extension lead for tools.
