The shelter is broker due to the rain and wind today. I need someone who can fix the wall crack and broken deck. And probably need to remove the broken shelter. I’m not sure how much it’ll cost but I’m flexible with budgets

Use repair kit to fix timber floor dent and damages

Budget is flexible. A timber flooring ‘expert’ came to polish my floors but messed up an entire panel. Looking for quotes to fix it and get the timber flooring guy to pay for it. Only got him to stain it because he said it would make it look better but it still looks horrendous.

We have an issue with the flooring in our gym’s squat area. The vinyl/wood-look planks have become uneven. When lifted, the subfloor underneath appears damaged or has collapsed, creating a soft and unstable section. This is a high-traffic, load-bearing area used for squats and heavy lifting. At this stage, we are seeking a practical, short-term solution to stabilise and level the area so it is safe to use, rather than a full replacement or long-term renovation. Can someone fix the squeaky timber floor in my 2nd floor. They make noise when we walk on them. Reasonable and effective solution would be great. Thank you

I have original hardwood floors. Had them sanded and stained about a year ago and one of the floor boards that cops a lot of foot traffic has cracked/split. When you walk on the floorboard it feels like the support beneath may be compromised - it feels a bit bouncy. There is also a hot water pipe that runs underneath this area and the area can be warm to touch the floorboard. I would like someone to come in lift up the floorboard, fix up the area beneath, patch the floor board and put it back in. The floorboard is about 2.9m long and about 1.8m of it appears to be splitting - the damage varies but it would appear to me that it can be patched.

Repair gaps and coated the wooden floor

Repairing the damaged part of my backyard decking, and then reconditioning the whole area to look smooth. The wider area is roughly 12x4 meters.

We have a carpet stain that cant be removed so we need to replace a patch of the carpet. We have a spare piece of the same carpet or a piece can be taken from inside one of the cupboards. Please could someone advise and provide a quote as I am unsure what the going rate for this would be?

Laminate floor is not flat in certain section due to poor installation. Requires repair. Repair has been attempted previously, improvement was achieved but it remains unresolved. I have spare floor panels. It's a floating floor, easy to remove.
