I would need roughly 3-4 hybrid floor planks removed and replaced with exist flooring from the original job. The small subfloor in this area needs to be sanded back to create a smoother area and prevent future flooring cracks. The subfloor is plywood. Is this job possible?

I have timber floor in my dining area have started to lift and buckle (see photos attached). The house was purchased a couple of months ago, and this has developed recently. Single storey house and no stairs. Under floor preparation completed (see picture). Walls are brick.

Hi, I am moving out of my place in a couple of weeks and want to restore /fix an area (<1m2) of the wooden floor in my living room that has been inadvertently damaged through the tenancy. The floors polyurethane coating has worn off and it would probably require sanding, a new coat and a polish. Ideally I just want this area treated (vs redoing the whole floor).
