Having taken water out to clean it the timber has shrunk a tad, needs to be tightened to get back to non leaking, filter cleaned, and back to working order.

Hi The top part of our jetty was damaged during the last floods. We need a rotten wood plank removed and replaced so it’s safe for passers by to walk on. The deck will also need staining and you can quote on that if you like while here. We have road access, and a walk down to the riverside, plus a 100m level walk along a track from the Woronora marina at the end of Prince Edward Park Road. Many for considering. The damaged area is not large just a section that has worn through and needs blending back into the existing floor. Need repairs on vynil flooring that is coming up from a join to the concrete slab outside and has a few cracks which has allowed water in and subsequently eroded some of the bed below in areas. Floor is 4m x 5M total but repair space is less than 1m x 1m

My hardwood floor in my hallway and bedroom entry area have started to squeak so we need a licensed handyman and or carpenter to attend and fix the issue permanently to stop the floors from squeaking for when we are walking around the home. Repairing the damaged part of my backyard decking, and then reconditioning the whole area to look smooth. The wider area is roughly 12x4 meters.

We have a carpet stain that cant be removed so we need to replace a patch of the carpet. We have a spare piece of the same carpet or a piece can be taken from inside one of the cupboards. Please could someone advise and provide a quote as I am unsure what the going rate for this would be?

Laminate floor is not flat in certain section due to poor installation. Requires repair. Repair has been attempted previously, improvement was achieved but it remains unresolved. I have spare floor panels. It's a floating floor, easy to remove.
