We need to restore our hybrid floor board; there are few cracks on the floorboard especially entrance and kitchen area. There are gaps visible in a couple of areas as well; all needs fixing as we are putting the house on sale.

Water damage to timber floor, need to sand and repaint

Pool deck tiles have become loose and about to fall off. Needs fixing. General pool deck maintenance including varnishing pool deck and wooden feature next to the tiles. Note: I don't have the tiles that have fallen off on the right side.

Laminate floor is not flat in certain section due to poor installation. Requires repair. Repair has been attempted previously, improvement was achieved but it remains unresolved. I have spare floor panels. It's a floating floor, easy to remove.
