Hi. The seat has fallen through on our outdoor seating and needs to be repaired. I have all the top decking. Just needs reinforcing and reattaching.

I have a 3m X 3m deck. This was built about a year ago. The top decking was not treated properly annd 30% of the decking timber has bowed. I need this repaired and completed.

Handyman to repair our courtyard & deck to get ready to lease out. - Reinforce where steps are sunk/unstable - Repair / replace any broken timber - Replace broken pavers with timber - Paint back wall (tiles will be removed) - Reglue tiles onto side wall where currently missing - sand and oil deck - Only materials required would be paint, timber for reinforcing under deck/steps and tools to do the job. The timber that needs replacing can be recycled from bench seating that will be removed.

I have a timber deck that is a few years old and needs some repairs. A number of the deck boards have come loose as the screws are no longer holding properly at the joining sections. I suspect the underlying support structure may not have been built with treated timber, which could be causing the issue. Repair gaps and coated the wooden floor

Repairing the damaged part of my backyard decking, and then reconditioning the whole area to look smooth. The wider area is roughly 12x4 meters.

1. Install new floor boards in the gaps shown in pics. New floor board will be supplied 2. Fix floor boards near architraves for neater finish 3. Install laminate trim where required

We have a carpet stain that cant be removed so we need to replace a patch of the carpet. We have a spare piece of the same carpet or a piece can be taken from inside one of the cupboards. Please could someone advise and provide a quote as I am unsure what the going rate for this would be?

Laminate floor is not flat in certain section due to poor installation. Requires repair. Repair has been attempted previously, improvement was achieved but it remains unresolved. I have spare floor panels. It's a floating floor, easy to remove.
