Remove a small section of damaged vinyl flooring (200mm x 200mm section with four drill holes). Vinyl flooring has been glued to concrete base. Vinyl is commercial grade 2mm thick. Replace with new vinyl (vinyl to match will be supplied by owner)- re-glue to floor.

One of my staff spilt acetone on my wooden floor in my salon and it’s eroded a small section of the floor. I don’t want the whole flooring to be sanded and polished. I just need that section repaired sanded and match as close as possible to the polish it has on it currently.

Hi there, we have had some water damage to an engineered floor and we are seeking someone to lift and replace the board. We have a substantial amount of pristine floor boards stored that can be used. We just need someone to remove the old and replace. The board I am pretty sure were glued to the chipboard floor during the install. I think there are probably 9 board to replace in two distinct groups. Please refer to images. Additional information 21/8. I have lifted the boards and the sub floor is also impacted. To the best of my understanding I think the task is to remove the casement sliding door, which from memory is only a number of screws which attaches it to the frame. My guess is there is a small amount of sub floor chipboard to replace (perhaps 1 m2 +) and then the flooring cut and replaced. I am very happy to agree on an hourly rate if it helps with quoting
