A clear corrugated strip panel on the flat roof of my small shed has collapsed inwards (was accidentally stepped on by someone clearing the leaves ) and needs replacing. Water is getting into the shed. It’s been propped up by an old hockey stick and fence picket, but needs replacing. The rest of the roof is fine.

Apply waterproof membrane to slab and hob and 1 external wall (single skin boundary wall). 6. Install overflow drains to three other balconies and connect to adjacent down pipes. 7. Include materials, repairs by licensed waterproof trade person, and certificate of compliance on waterproofing. 8. Licensed trade only offers please. No contactors and no handy people.

Hi, I have a flat roof and balcony. There are a couple of leaks that seem to be coming around the edges where the silicone is wearing off. I'm looking for someone to help reapply some silicone around the edges, balustrade, etc. You'll need a ladder to access the roof (ground floor). Please only quote if you are available on 1 September.
