Looking for an experienced exterior painter to repaint the roofline of my Queenslander in Nundah. Scope of works: * Pressure wash roof tiles (clean only, roof is not being painted) * Pressure wash and prepare all gutters, fascia, barge boards, exposed rafter tails and garage awning * Sand, scrape and prime where required * Apply two finish coats to: * Gutters * Fascia * Barge boards * Exposed rafter tails * Small corrugated awning over the garage * Paint 3x front aluminium window frames white (large front window, enclosed verandah windows and small window beside the front door) Paint colours: * Roofline and window sills: Dulux Grey Port - Low sheen on timber fascia, barge boards and exposed rafter tails - Semi-gloss on the metal gutters. * 3 x Front aluminium window frames: White * All paint to be supplied by you along with any access equipment required Floor plan attached so that you can gauge the size of the first floor along with photos provided of every angle of the house. Please also look at the bottom left hand corner of the floor plan if you want to swing by for a look. Please provide photos of similar exterior painting work, particularly older Queenslanders

No primer required (existing paint is in good condition). Apply 2 coats. Upper roof feature: repaint from orange to Surfmist. Remaining orange sections: repaint to Monument. Mask windows, brickwork and other surfaces as required. Clean up after completion. I will supply all paint. You only need to supply your own tools, ladders, masking materials and other consumables. Paint House Exterior of a two story house, rendered in the front and bagged at the sides and back, including the front block fence and back patio walls and eves. House is 36 squares to give you an idea of the size. Will need 2 coats as I want to change the wall colour from pink to lexicon white. Front Pillars and Balcony can remain same color as blue (current colour) Must bring own tools, ladders and paint.

Just moved out and getting house ready to sell. There are some patch up jobs where previous tenants have decided they know better and have tried to place plug sockets in different places. 3 bedrooms. Kitchen. Lounge. Dining room. All open space. The house is empty so work will be easy. Looking at straight lexicon white throughout. I will ensure the areas are ready to go. Will post pictures. Painting of 4 timber arches, nail holes filled and sanded. Arches painted both sides with 2 coats of Dulux exterior 1/4 lexicon paint. Also the 2 small vertical posts that are in the garden bed, in first pic on either side of 2 of the arches needs painting too. Paint and filler provided. You'll need your own brushes and dust sheets. Would love this done asap, Mon, Tues or Frid of this coming week or the week after.

I am wanting to paint my colourbond fence and house exterior. Both have recently been pressure washed professionally, so preparation will be more of a quick wash or brush down. I have purchased the primer and paint required (Dulux), and have an airless paint sprayer/brushes/rollers for you to use. May also be scope to paint the sidewalk around the house and driveway, but I'm going to see what it all looks like with the new colour first. Please let me know if scaffolding or planks are included in your quote, or if you would like me to arrange this separately.

I have 4 Sash windows that need to be painted. Little complicated as there are bars on the windows and about 1 metre by 2 metres of wall that needs to be painted to match the existing wall. This needs to include paint
