Looking for a friendly, reliable person to help with a house party from 5pm–11pm. The first 2 hours (5pm–7pm) will be helping with party setup, including things like arranging drinks, ice, glassware, food/service areas and general last-minute preparation. The following 4 hours (7pm–11pm) will be bartending and helping keep the drinks area tidy and running smoothly during the party. We’ll provide the alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware and supplies. Ideally looking for someone who has bartending or hospitality experience.

What I’m looking for A romantic beach setup inspired by the attached reference image, featuring: * A large heart shape made from fresh red rose petals * Approximately 2–2.5 metres wide * A full, neat and photograph-ready petal arrangement * Some additional loose rose petals inside/around the heart * Fresh red roses/petals supplied by you * Delivery to the beach * Complete setup before the couple arrives * Pack-down/removal of petals afterwards The final design should be elegant and tasteful rather than overly elaborate, and should photograph beautifully from a reasonable distance. Please advise what quantity of roses/petals you recommend to achieve the look in the attached reference image. I don’t want to specify an arbitrary number if you have experience with this type of setup. Important This is a surprise proposal, so discretion is extremely important.
