It’s my 21st birthday on 7 February, and I’m hosting a yacht party. The yacht only allows 30 minutes prior to departure for set-up. The boat departs at 5:00 pm, so set-up will be from 4:30–5:00 pm. I won’t be present during set-up, as I’ll be arriving at 4:30 pm while guests are taking photos with luxury cars before boarding. All suppliers and decorations are already organised — the job is simply to set everything up, and it’s very basic. Supplies/decorations will need to be picked up on Friday the 6th. The arch can be taken apart if required.
