Wedding flower setup and pack down, two venues Set up and pack down our wedding flowers on Saturday 8 August 2026, across two venues plus our home in Wollert where everything is collected. Flowers are artificial and pre-made, so no floristry, just placing and packing down. Home is between the venues and the route is flexible. Collect from Wollert Morning (ceremony): all flowers (incl. 2 arbour sets), 1 mirror, 1 linen sign, arbour fabric. Reception (morning or later): seating chart and welcome sign (easels at venue), 1 large wishing well, 50 hurricane vases and 50 candles, 5 bridal table vases. Ceremony: Marnong Estate, Mickleham (11:30am–1:00pm) Arbour (2.3m tall, 1.27m wide): drape fabric over the top and down the posts, cable tie 2 flower sets on, one top left, one mid right (photo attached). Mirror and linen sign, 1 large flower on each. 4 medium flowers, one at each corner of the aisle. 1 small flower on the signing table. Pack down after. Reusable flowers go to the reception. Arbour fabric and flowers go home. Reception: Lakeside, Taylors Lakes (5:30pm–11:00pm) Seating chart and welcome sign on venue easels, 1 medium flower beside each. Wishing well on its table. 2 large flowers on the bridal table (from ceremony). 5 empty vases on the bridal table (for the bridal party's bouquets). 2 medium flowers around the room (DJ booth and one other spot). 15 small flowers on guest tables. 3 candles in hurricane vases per guest table, 5 on the bridal table (venue lights them). Full pack down at end of night. Drop home: mirror, linen sign and arbour pieces. No rush. Need: a van or large car (flowers, mirror, fabric, wishing well, ~55 vases). We provide cable ties and snips. Some vases are glass. Timing Collect Wollert: from ~8:30am Ceremony setup: 9:00–11:00am Pack down and move: 1:00–1:45pm Reception setup: 2:30–5:00pm Reception pack down: from 11:00pm, ~1 hour Run sheet shared once booked.

I’m looking for someone to help with kitchen clean-up and tidying at a relaxed 40th birthday dinner at my home. Hours are 6pm–9pm (3 hours). Main tasks include clearing dishes after dinner, loading/unloading the dishwasher, hand washing where needed, wiping kitchen benches, and keeping the kitchen tidy throughout the evening. Most items will be disposable. This is not a cooking role — all food will already be prepared (spit roast meats and salads). The role would include helping to monitor the oven (sausages and meatballs at the start of the event), assisting with clearing plates and general tidying during the event, restocking where needed, and ensuring bathrooms are kept clean and presentable throughout. No deep cleaning or post-event cleaning is required.
Tyler/Ahmedul did such an amazing job as an event assistant and Leo things restocked, cooked foods his plating was beautiful things just went smoothly and looks excellent - cannot recommend using him enough!! I didn’t have to worry about anything!!!
