Swap info from old computer to new computer and emails as well

I've recently re-hosted my email account and am having issues with emails on my Mac, iPhone and iPad with Outlook app. Mac: Can send emails bit nothing shows up in my inbox. iPhone: Can receive emails but can't send (comes up with a contact error) and assuming same for iPad. Have gone through tech support with new host, everything seems to be set up properly (IMAP). Have removed, reinstalled, checked other settings etc.. Now I don't have the patience to try fixing this BUT of course need my emails working for my business so looking for someone to get it all back up and running.

I had a foundation Gmail account which Google (over the years) turned into a business account. All Gmail business accounts now have a monthly fee, which the administrator of the account was supposed to set up. I have no idea who the administrator of the account is, and Google need this in order to proceed. I have a website and domain name, and want to either access my gmail account associated with this.
