Need to steam-clean a 3-seater couch to remove stains well and fix wall chips and repaint (touch up only) for the chipped part. Best if you can do both but taking offers for either one too!

Have 2 small wall rips (smaller than the size of a coin, just ripped paint no other damage to the wall) from some tape that needs fixing and painted as we are moving out. See attached pictures for reference. Also need the couch (3 seater) to be steamed cleaned (another posting, obviously will pay the price for the couch clean as well) if someone can do both - lovely! If not, that’s fine as well.

Pair of BOSE noise cancelling headphones. When I try to operate them in conjunction with an app I.e., Spotify, they cause the volume to reduce to zero. There is no sign of the actual volume button itself being jammed or stuck in a down position so I am assuming it's something internal

Right side of headphones not working. Have tried resetting, charging etc . Can get it to play if I wriggle the headphones around a little, but will drop out once I let go. No visible damage.
