basin taps are loose and need refitting tighten, maintenance check for wear on hoses, quote to replace shower set up to go from ceiling rose only to have hand held as well. Make both cistern single into dual taps

Remove and install new: 1) wood bench top in kitchen 2) stone bench top in kitchen 3) stone vanity in bathroom Materials provided. Some may need to be cut to size.

I need: 1. A door handle changed over to a new one. The new handle will be supplied (pictured) and just requires two holes to be drilled in the correct place. 2. Two small door stops installed on the skirting board for internal doors (these will be supplied and just require a single hole to be drilled in the correct place). 3. Two clothes racks (will be supplied, see picture) to be mounted on a bathroom plaster wall (not tiles). I want to make sure this is done securely, i.e. to the studs, or whatever is the best way to do this. I also have a number of other jobs/carpentry items that I would like some advice/to be quoted on separately, like installing some shelving in a cupboard, putting a trim on some external windows and mounting some other items on the walls. The job is in CBD Melbourne. Happy to adjust the price if additional tools or time are required, as I want to make sure everything is done well.

I have 3 x Clipsal Iconic USB-C GPOs for installation into the kitchen pantries of 3 separate but immediately adjacent apartments in Melbourne's CBD (near Queen/Londsale Street). Pls Don’t look at budget its for getting in touch purposes . led works on bar hood and ceiling and pillars that needs to be controlled with Madrix software (existing) or other commercial software for light effects. Must have previous experience in install and programming of led and moving heads. Led strip 28xx series or per led programmable strips , I have multiple 500w dc power supplies and led diffusers tubes that needs to be installed as well.
