Rear chimney: Brick chimney with one rectangular opening (needs a suitable vented cap). Caps must be weatherproof and allow ventilation (not fully sealed). We have already cut off the tops; we need the rest of the root clumps pulled from the ground entirely, so there are no more bamboo roots or stumps remaining in the garden bed. Our building has a silverfish problem and I am looking for someone experienced in caulking and/or pest management to locate and seal ALL cracks in our apartment with sealant/caulk. It’s a modern, new apartment and so there shouldn’t be many cracks to seal.

I have a tap that keeps on leaking and both really stick and can’t turn on and off well. It’s very hard to turn the left one off. I think the washers need changing.
