Now we need a skilled tradesman with a keen eye for detail to do a final walk-through and identify any finishing touches or improvements we’ve missed. Put together a life span bike together. 4 steps in the instruction manual. Someone handy could probably do this in less than 15 mins

I have a deck which is 6 metres x 2.8 metres. Then 2 steps x1 metre either side of the deck. And the Landing on the other side of the house which is 3.3 metres long x 1 metre in width. Then 2 steps x 3.3 metres. Must have own equipment and be experienced with sanding decks. I will supply the necessary supplies for the task. Eg Sandpaper etc. Would prefer the job to be completed on the same day.

End of lease painting touch up.

Reposting task, this time with photos. We have 2 large Yukas stumps at the side of the house and 2 medium stumps at the front of house. There is a small one in the mix there too. See photos. All need to be dug up and removed. The actual Yukas have been removed, so it’s just the stumps. You will need your own equipment and take away the rubbish. Please consider that access to the two large Yukas is via the side of the house with around 1.5m wide space.

GHD cord was chewed by a dog and needs replacing

Large tree has been removed from the ground. Need all roots and stumps loaded and disposed of.

Remove bathroom vanity taps

Need a licensed plumber to change kitchen taps, change sink & install a dishwasher. Will need to work with cabinet maker to work out cutting the cabinets. I will supply new taps, new sink and new dishwasher from bunnings - Due date: Before Tuesday, 13 February 2024
