We need an licensed electrician to inspect a rental property in Warrandyte (closer to Templestowe end), and issue a safety inspection certificate required under the Residential Tenancy law. We also need a gas-fitter to inspect and produce a safety certificate for the gas appliances (gas cook top, gas heater, hot water storage) for the same reason. I have purchased 8x Philips Hue White Ambiance Bluetooth Downlight 90mm and 1x Philips Hue Enrave White Ambient Ceiling Lamp Medium (Model: HUEENRAVEMED). I have a rectangular downstairs living area where I would like the 8 downlights installed. The 2 existing lights are switched on by either of 2 light switches located at opposite sides of the room. I also have a small guest room where I would like the ceiling lamp to be installed exactly where the existing light is. I assume the downlight task entails: • After turning mains power off remove the existing lights. • Measure the room to determine the exact location for the 8 new downlights while considering where the beams are. Please note there is no access to above to the ceiling space, since there is another floor above. • Cut 90mm holes for the 8 new downlights. • Figure out how to use the power from the existing lights to instead power the new downlights. The Philips downlights have power cables on the ends, so I guess this means power sockets need to be added within the ceiling (please supply the sockets and any other misc materials requires for the job). • Install the lights and confirm both switches turn them all on. • Patch up and paint two holes from existing lights and any new holes made during the install. I have included pic of roof of room showing the 2 existing lights, roof of guest room showing existing light and pic taken within the air vent to show the depth of ceiling. No need to provide offer if you have no reviews yet, as would like experienced Air Tasker. Please respond with your offer including whether you have the ability to do the job without causing lots of patch up work (such as if you are using endoscopic camera if helps) and please include the patch up plastering in price – I understand this may require 2 visits (to allow plaster to dry before coming back to sandpaper and paint over). I would like the task completed within a week if possible and flexible on the day/time.

Hi, I am looking to have a transfer switch installed and the circuit board tweaked so when I have power cut I can plug generator in and have lights and fridge circuit going. Assuming the circuit board may need to be split so can isolate the ovens and fridge pool so they aren’t loading the generator up but the lights and fridge keep working. Other 2 photos are internal garage wall and the out to back of garage along top of kayak to where generator is when running during power cut events - Due date: Flexible
