One of the switch for lights have stopped working. Bulb has 2 switch. 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The downstairs switch does not work and needs to be fixed. are you certified, and insured. I suspect my tenant has broken this recently renovated property and therefore also need a report saying the switch is damaged due to pressing too hard / mis handling it.

Hi there we need to move on existing power point which is currently behind the washing machine and dryer in the photo to the left as marked in green and another one we need added behind the cabinet. All the old cabinet is being removed so easy access is there to install one behind the cabinets as will be open space once all demolished. So offer required for one move and one additional power point.
