A stairway light fitting was knocked off the wall. The damaged area where the wall screws were attached needs repairing and the light fitting re-attached in the same position as before.

Need a licensed electrician to remove the floodlight sensor from the external wall. The old floodlight was controlled by this sensor. A new RING floodlight camera has been installed to replace the old floodlight, and the sensor has been bypassed with two red active wires connected together and one white wire connected to it (photo attached). I need the sensor to be completely removed from the wall. I was considering a waterproof junction box to contain all the wiring, but I’m open to better suggestions. All work must be properly waterproofed. If a waterproof junction box is used, it should be white, as small as possible, and mounted on the external wall. Please provide a quote for the total cost, including materials and labor.

Need a local electrician to disconnect a power socket and a thermostats on the wall in the morning (or the night before) while we replace and underfloor heating and carpet and then come back to reconnect the power socket and the thermostat.
