I need an electrician to look at 2 ceiling lights that a reasonably new and one pendant light all on the entry level of the house. I also need one power point checked as its not working either.

1 x light fixture need installation and wiring in bedroom ceiling. 1 x display spotlights not working, unsure if needs new lightbulb or faulty wiring? 1 x outdoor spotlight not working, probably need new lightbulb but unsure either. All 3 jobs could be as simple as needing a light globe replacement but it could also be needing rewiring of some sort, I am unsure so a qualified electrian would be good.

The sensor light installed at the front is not activating within the desired range. We need to unplug it and replace it with a better sensor light with a better range. The unplugged light should then be installed at the back of the house.
