Need this power unit to be replaced in ceiling light

G'day Electricians! I need help with the following: 1) Replacing 4 x GPO's. -1 is coming off the wall as pictured -3 of them have been made into the extended boxes sticking out from the wall. I need these to be recessed back to flat GPO's. i believe they were previously, so the space should already be there but one of them may require some clearing of the masonry to make a little more space. -Please provide GPO's. 2) As pictured, I would like a ceiling fan light and drop down pendant light to be swapped position. 3) Just need an old bathroom light fixed or replaced - I can't for the life of me take the fluorescent tube pictured out of the fitting without breaking the bulb/light fitting...

The whole led light compartment needs to be replaced.

We have an Airbnb house and the safety switch activated from a light bulb guest trying to remove. Also halfway lights don’t seem to be working which could require the switch to be changed.
