For my kitchen renovation, I need a licensed electrician to add two new power outlets, slightly relocate a few existing ones, and install three downlights. Need a second visit for fit off and a certificate.

The NBN FTTP NTD or connection box and power supply is mounted up high on the wall. I'd like it relocated about 1.5 meter below. Please see attached images. Additional power outlet is also required next to the new NTD location.

This is required to allow for the installation of a new gate, as the current pipe lengths obstruct its placement. The two pipes involved are: Condensate drain pipe (flexible plastic for water drainage) TPR (Temperature/Pressure Relief) valve drain pipe (metal). Both pipes currently run from the unit to the outside and are not connected to the internal plumbing. Access to the unit is clear. The selected plumber must: Be licensed in Victoria - Inspect the current installation and confirm if shortening is safe and compliant - If suitable, cut and re-terminate both pipes to clear the gate path - Ensure all modifications comply with Victorian plumbing regulations - Provide a Victorian Plumbing Compliance Certificate upon completion. I nodded two power points installed on the beams in the patio. There is already wiring for the lights which runs into a switch board located in the garage. Unsure if existing wiring can be used, bridged off the lights or if new wiring is required to be installed. It's for x2 2000w heat strips.

Need to have three light switches fixed and also need to put decorative covering over two globes.
