An existing lower point is like 1.5mt away, look at picture attached, washing machine on the right has power behind it, dryer on the left needs the new power point

i need 2 remote control ceiling fans installed in bedrooms and one long pendant/chandelier in living room but ceiling is 6.3 m high (double story ceiling height). A scaffold to that height will be available in the property from the 26th to 28th of December to allow installation of the light fitting. currently there is no light fitting in the centre of the ceiling in the living room but there is down lights installed.
