We need replacement of 4 LED down lights. We need like for like replacement if possible. We have not purchased the replacement lights and need help to get these. Current specifications for LED lights 500mA, 12W, Warm White, Nichia Brand, non-dimmable. Not too much worried about brand, but need similar specification for replacement. Images attached.

i need 2 remote control ceiling fans installed in bedrooms and one long pendant/chandelier in living room but ceiling is 6.3 m high (double story ceiling height). A scaffold to that height will be available in the property from the 26th to 28th of December to allow installation of the light fitting. currently there is no light fitting in the centre of the ceiling in the living room but there is down lights installed.
